Well, however way that it�??s got to be accomplished, suffice it to say that if you know how, you can learn yoga from the internet and that, with no problem.

I need to lose weight, can I use Yoga?
Well, from the first glance, it may not seem that Yoga 'burns enough calories' to lose weight, the truth is when used properly (and of course with the prescribed yoga diet) using yoga practice to lose weight can have a lot of positive effects on the body.

My personal recommendations for a yoga practice to lose weight program will be as follows

Do the Sun Salutations (24 reps or more) first.

This is the very core of yoga itself.

Since they mildly exercise the arms and legs and are often recommended for obesity, depression and fitness they form an integral part of any kind of yoga session or style.

Several Martial Artists, Indian and African Wrestlers perform tons of rounds of these exercises alone, so in learning yoga for beginners, needless to say, this will be a guaranteed must-know for any system of yoga conditioning for weight loss.

Other poses to look into for the trouble spots are

1. Arms: The Bow, Wheel and Balancing Poses
2. Abs: The Bow, Peacock and Shoulder Stand Poses.
3. Legs: The Sun Salutations, the Inversion Poses and Forward Bending Poses.

(I've ensured to make sure these are quite easy for any and every one to do.

Now, it will be like preaching to the choir to say that in executing these exercises, one will need to make improvements in their dietetic habits, that considered, making your yoga practice to lose weight regimen complete, there is such a thing as a Yoga Diet that you have to adhere to.

Comprising of fresh fruits and vegetables and excluding all junk and processed foods, this not only nourishes the body but rids it of excessive pounds and debris in an otherwise clogged up colon.

Well, at this point if you are still on the fence as to whether yoga could come in handy for weight loss�?�

This fact is especially true in regards to keeping fit, as anyone who knows anything about fitness and exercise knows that you have to start somewhere AND slowly, and the same principle applies to Yoga.

When I mentioned to my friend that I practice Yoga, she asked me for clues on the best yoga tips for starters and how to apply them for maximum efficiency.

In no particular order, I gave her this list:

1. Get a good Yoga Mat.
2. Get some nice Yoga apparel
3. Make sufficient space in her room.
4. Get a metronome for accurate timing needs.

Now, I handed her information on the very core of yoga tips for starters, in fact the very core of Yoga itself (and in some circles, Martial Arts AND Indian Wrestling. These babies are called the Sun Salutations.

Besides being an essential element in yoga tips for starters, they are quite indispensable as they stimulate and balance all the systems of the body including the endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive system.

Other Poses for Yoga tips for starters include the following:

1. The Shoulderstand.
2. The Bridge Pose
3. The Fish Pose
4. The Head to Knee Pose
5. Backward Bending Poses
6. Twisting Poses
7. The corpse pose.

Purposely, I ommitted the mentioning of the abdominal and breathing exercises, for now, till I felt she would be ready to learn and use them in her yoga routine.

I also stressed that for using yoga tips for starters, she perhaps may only need to practice mainly the afore-mentioned sun salutations for time constraints and all. I mean 24 reps of them IS a workout friends.

So, if like my friend you are in need of assistance with getting started with yoga, it is my hope that these tips will come in handy to aiding you in striking your favorite yoga pose.

How to Get a Yoga Trainer License
Like me, you may be a Yoga lover but do you know you could turn your love and hobby into something that's actually lucrative?

Well, after doing some research online to see about getting certified to teach yoga, it turns out that if I play my cards right...I could be making upwards of $85 per hour teaching yoga. It goes without saying then that I'll need to obtain some kind of yoga trainer license to be able to professionally say I am qualified to teach this form of physical culture.

Unfortunately, there are far too many yoga training camps and correspondence programs out there that only teach their students a small portion of what it takes to start, run, and grow a successful yoga practice and as for me, if I ever decide to pursue being a full-fledged yoga teacher the whole process of obtaining a yoga trainer license for me has got to be...well: ON POINT!!!

I mean I know enough from research, practice and study to teach the essentials of Yoga, but we all know that probably won't cut it in the broader sense of the world.

Nonetheless, there seems to be several options online on the subject and at affordable enough prices and flexibility options for several people with full schedules. Moreover, most Yoga Studios and even directories in helpful Yoga magazines have information on just the very right ones to choose so my options are quite many.
